Last Saturday we encountered the most kind and extremely professional service by a young beautiful lady with glasses and who used to work for Borders. She obviously loved her work and how wonderful and meaningful that is when one talks about jobs that include books. She was there last Saturday too at the Children's corner of books but didn't have the chance to thank her again. Lots of love and respect for employing the right people. Love you all.
